Level cap?

I found in the Demo the cap is 10, will it be higher in the release? I want to power level so i can take on the boss of farrowfields with less risk of base damage.

The level cap is not just in the demo, but the first areas level cap is 10

Also there's no risk of base damage in this game for scripted encounters. Any damage done within the city limits is repaired by your villagers after the fight. In other words, however your base looks when you tell Malroth you're ready to fight is how it will be afterward as well.

You can only go up to lvl 10 at Furrowfield. Each island has a max level that you can go to .

The cap increases by 10 on each story island, the end game cap is 99.

No way to level up indefinitely until 99?

Leveling doesn't do a whole lot in this game anyway, just gives you bonus hp and access to certain recipes which those end around 40 or so.

One level i gained boosted my Stamina/Breath bar a bit too so i could sprint longer.
Do you get any other gains after 40? I know health is obvious but what about more Stamina/Breath?

Leveling also increases your stamina/breath meter as well eventually! You should get a prompt that says "Your breath gauge gets a little bigger" at certain levels (:

Yeah cause otherwise i will have to abuse gliding to get around quickly.

Oh yeah! Thanks! I haven't played the game since release so I guess I've forgotten a few things.

No bonuses after lvl 40, just hp ups.
