The other limits should also logically exist, because you can view maps from console users, and submit your own levels for ranking. Because of that, any level you'd build would logically not be able to break the console versions limitations.
I haven't hit all these limits myself - but I'm still replaying the campaign to get to that point. Like you, I played on the Switch first.
The other limits should be number of plants growing (seeds won't grow after a point, I've heard), chest limit (you can place, but no interaction past a certain count), and several other containers also have similar counts.
I think BenXC has a video on the limits. I'll paste that when I have a bit of time.
