Full controller mapping configuration?
Does this game support full controller mapping configuration? I want to be able to map any action to any button I like (jump, interact, attack, menu, etc) and not be limited to hardcoded mappings or predefined controller profiles/presets. I prefer a native, in-game UI to manage the mappings, but am willing to edit the mappings in a config file if no UI exists. I do not want to use third-party mapping programs as they are usually nothing but problems. Also not interested in using Steam's Big Picture mode.

This is about controller mappings, not mouse or keyboard.

I'm not sure because I don't have a controller and none of my testers used one.

What you can do is download GZDoom[zdoom.org], unzip, download Freedoom: Phase 1+2[freedoom.github.io], add it in the GZDoom folder and run the GZDoom exe.

Then go to Controller Options and see what you get if you enable Controller Support. If it works there, it should work in Hedon too.
