Computer is 4 years old so not that old. I might invest in a new card however and see how that goes.

What card do you have?
It is a HP pavilion 550 desktop, not sure how I could find out what the graphics card is. I am kind of a 'point and click' guy, sorry....

Typically that desktop model does not come with a dedicated Graphics card, but intel HD internal graphics... which is definitely below minimum spec for any modern game.

Your desktop may not even be able to support a proper graphics card (I.E. An Nvidia or AMD card).
So an upgrade, new graphics card or new desktop is required then? Looks like I am doing a spot of overtime then! Will buy PC1 on here and play that in the meantime... thanks!
I should also ask, any recommendations? Nothing too expensive but nothing cheap either thanks.
HP Omen 30L?
Actually ignore all that, can you tell me what kind of graphic card I need to look for and I will pop down to shops next week to see if there's any opening offers.

I generally recommend you buy something decent even if it costs a bit more and think of it as an investment, as a good PC will last a long time, but an average PC is basically going to struggle the moment you buy it.

Since you aren't able to build your own PC, something from this list to suit your budget:
https://www.pcgamer.com/uk/best-gaming-pc/

Or check this out:
https://pcmasterrace.org/builds

The HP Omen seems to be on that list actually, as the best "value" gaming PC.

In terms of graphics cards, any Nivida 10 series or greater card E.G. 1070, 1080, etc. should work well. AMD cards, any Radeon 6XXX series card or better should be fine. Also, avoid Nivida 16xx series cards like the plague (they are often marked "Super"). They aren't super, they are hot garbage. They are nice and cheap, but you get what you pay for. If a graphics card doesn't cost at least $350 (£275) ish, it's probably not very good. I am talking about just the card, so a PC containing such a card is going to cost you at least $1000 ish.

Check the UE4 benchmark for whatever card a machine your considering has. Just google "UE4 Benchmark & the name of the graphics card". If the card has a good solid 80fps+ in UE4, it should be fine. Panzer Corps 2 uses the UE engine.

All advice is just from me personally, I used to be a Senior Computer Engineer but it has been a little while since my last build... I hope it helps :).

On a side note, originally you said you had a Radeon card, but your PC model does not normally come with one. The 7 series Radeon card you mention, a lot of them are 2013 era budget cards and this is likely what you have. It is almost certainly below spec for Panzer Corps 2.
Grand, will see what I can get at the end of the summer. In the meantime, I have bought 1 again which is good enough for now
I have a problem with the new update.. On launching panzer corp 2 my screen starts flickering with random coloured pixels and when a start to play it will freeze. I have updated my driver for my PC and cards. My Pc: i9 processor 64 gb ram 2x graphic cards Geforce gtx 1080 on Windows 10 all files are uptodate.
