Fast AI ?
That 'Toggle Fast AI' button doesn't function for me, and nor can I speed up AI by holding SPACE.

Did you change the animation speed in the options menu?

It doesn't fast forward on some maps for some reason.

No...as above, it evidently is flawed in some maps.

I haven't had that issue but I know that when it does work speeding up the animations makes it go that much quicker.
