Game will not play scenario from Editor.

Yeah I had this, something to do with the latest patch.

I fixed it by finding the missing file in C:\Windows\System32\CompatTel, and then copying it up one level to C:\Windows\System32\

There's a new update today (29th) so am downloading that. As usual it is the full program that has to be installed again :(

Why can't they just update with a patch like other software?

It was only a patch. Really no need to reinstall the whole game.
