Upgrade to General or Field Marshal Edition?

Hi,

Right now it's not possible to upgrade your game to general or field marshal edition in the Steam store; Will this become avalaible in time, or do you really have to pay the whole standard game + bonuses again? :/

I'm not sure how General edition upgrades will work... I'm sure they'll figure something out.

But to 'upgrade' to Field Marshal in future shouldn't be able problem at all. Because it's just the first two DLC, which will absolutely be offered individually when they come out, for anyone who decided not to go straight to FM edition.

I'm asking because I'd like the bonus scenario's and the campaign tree. I don't think they'll include this in the future dlc's.

No information has come out yet on this. Hopefully there will be answers soon.
