Runs fine, same as the beta.
Weird.
My PC is well over specs. I've scanned the HD for errors and found none. I also allowed AVC virus scan to allow PZ2.
I am lost for any other thing to do.

Have you tried limiting your frame rate in the GFX options in game? It could be that the game is over-stressing your system by rendering a very high number of frames?
I have just run a test. Limited the fps to 60 and went down to medium details in 1080p (I run gtx1080ti)
I have noticed artifacts once the rain animation started and the game froze. Could that be an issue? Noticed in beta that rain animation was extremely tanky...
If the problem is with rain animation, then maybe it will help to turn it off? There is an option for this in Display/UI. And indeed, rain animation was added recently, so this might explain why it all was fine before.
Just an update - weather effects ticks automatically back on after leaving options. Tried restarting the game as well.
Moving clouds unticks fine but weather effects always comes back on.
Would anyone be able to test if that is the case for them as well?
If that is the case try cleaning the fans and make sure you have good airflow.
edit to add: graphic glitches and power offs could mean that your graphics card may be damaged as well.

Any chance this is something to do with new AMD Ryzen CPUs?

I dont see any resolution from the above , anyone advise how they fixed it ?
Hi, I suddenly have the same problem. I tried to switch off the weather animation but the problem still occurs. I never had any problem with the game but now I can't even play it. Any ideas about how to solve the problem? Thanks :)
Nothing changed. I cant play it now.
