I would have liked to get information about disembarking beforehand, btw, and the vulnerability of transports. Yes, it is obvious in hindsight, but it hurt a lot to land this first time.
Edit: I got a ship for each unit, up to the transport limit.
And scenario 6 has no transport capacity at all, so no experimenting there either.
IMHO - A new Patch is required to simplify.
I'm still struggling with it.
That's not what the Steam Refund system is for. If you abuse it like that, they will eventually action your account.
https://store.steampowered.com/steam_refunds/
"ABUSE
Refunds are designed to remove the risk from purchasing titles on Steam—not as a way to get free games. If it appears to us that you are abusing refunds, we may stop offering them to you. We do not consider it abuse to request a refund on a title that was purchased just before a sale and then immediately rebuying that title for the sale price."
I don't how anyone gets a free game out of that, but I was not abusing anything. I bought the game with the hopes of playing it with my friend vs AI. When this also failed to live up to the promise they made, I was the one being abused. If that was not a just cause for refund, I don't know what is.
BTW, seems Steam agreed with me, as I got my refund.
One thing I have noticed is that the help text screen at the top really messes with the tutorials. If you accidentally or on purpose leave it up, sometimes you have to click on a button a dozen times like Rain Man before it responds. So maybe that's the issue with the port?
EDIT: I got it to work, but there is definitely a bug. Pressing E key for Embark works. Pressing the Embark icon on-screen does not work at all. It makes the click noise and then highlights some hex in the lower left corner of the map, or the lower airfield, one or the other seemingly at random.
Ditto!
