Some notes:
1) This is the main mode that my dad and brother are planning to play it in, but only two scenarios is pretty lacking.
2) Also, one of the big appeals of the game is how many units are available, however the two multiplayer coop scenarios don't allow the player to choose which units to build! (they just play with the units they started with -- at least it looks that way)
To remedy #2, I realized I could open up the scenario in the editor, and re-enable the deployment phase, provide some prestige and core slots, etc. This worked, however now the map is of course unbalanced, with the player being able to add many more units. Which brings us to...
3) There needs to be an easy way for players to share their mods. For example, integration with the Steam workshop would be awesome! This would provide incentive for players to make well-polished scenarios, knowing that others can actually discover their work (without having to do external forum networking and such). For example, this would motivate me to finish rebalancing the mod above to actually be a challenge again (with the newly unlocked unit purchase/deployment ability).
Two Co-op scenarios? They must be joking. I will not buy game that has only 2 scenarios.
