The publisher [Slitherline] is POed with Apple over dropping 32 bit support [and other such things] and will not be porting anything to the Mac for a while if ever.
Note: The Developer. [Flashback Games] would love to port it to the Mac but it is not their decision.
So the main hope for PzC2 on the Mac is Crossover20. [Out this summer?].
But even then it only play on a 'Pro' model. As a separate video card is required.
GOG has a relationship with Crossover and may come out with a port, but one would have to talk with them about it.
Note2: I have PzC1 running on my Mac with full modding. Works with Mohave but not Catalina.
I expect to have both PzC1 and PzC2 running on Catalina, but it may take a year.
PzC1 does not play on MacOs Catalina.
Mac players are upset. Slitherline is upset.
They feel that Apple is not developer friendly.
UnrealEngine is Mac compatible, the dev would like to port to Mac.
The publisher in not interested in paying for a port to Mac.
It is not clear if Ipad is off the table or not.
I didn't say PzC1. I said PzC2. And again it says that on PzC2, that it requires a 64 bit system. So again. they are POed at apple for dropping 32 bit while this game is 64 bit? Sounds like there is something else going on.
