Report a translation problem
In another game, Star Control II, nowadays known by the freeware remake's title, "The Ur-Quan Masters," had a one-on-one mode that felt a bit like fighting with Medium/Large ships in SPAZ. The ships are varied and quirky, but tend to be quite fragile. It's not really played for the PvP, but instead is more focused on the single-player adventure mode. I lost so much time to this game it's not funny.
Still, a multiplayer SPAZ would be a heck of a lot of fun. It probably won't come to pass since SPAZ wasn't designed with multiplayer in mind. SPAZ 2, on the other hand...
I have such fond memories of Sub Space...
