Now if your Scaling in windows is set to 150% you want to divide your resolution by 1.5 and set that in Spaz settings file, otherwise it just makes the game 1.5 times bigger and it doesn't fit your screen. At least that's what it did to me. So for 3840x2160, I set my resolution to 2560x1440 (in Spaz settings). If you have scaling set to 200% you would divide it by 2 and set Spaz resolution to 1920x1080.
You may have to manually set the resolution in the settings file "AppData\Roaming\MinMaxGames\SpacePiratesAndZombies\b_settings\spz_settings.cs"
