[BUG] Pandora's Box 8/9 *SPOILER*

While destroying the cloak generators I was losing so I declared a Mass Retreat. During this Mass Retreat I had a ship warp into the zone and did not retreat. I found this amusing so decided to do a suicide run to see if I could destroy the rest of the cloak generators before I was destroyed. Unfortunately I succeeded. The cinematic started to play and showed the decloaking warp gate appear, then I was back at my mothership.

I warped away to go to a bounty hunter base to earn some Rez. I also warped to a couple other places which used up my other autosaves. Before I went to bed, I saved the game on my save file.

Now, whenever I go back to the location that's supposed to have the cloaking generators, there's nothing. Only a bunch of zombie ships. No UTA, and most importantly, no cloaking generators. Is there any way to fix this or will I have to restart the game? I'm hoping not to need to restart since this was my insane difficulty run.
