Can't play with online friends

When creating a private room for my friend to join it says "cannot find room or room full" and it says the same for me when trying to join their private room. We both couldn't find anything online about this issue so asking here what is the cause and/or solution. Thanks.

That was the issue, even when we gave each other the private room code it said "failed to find room or room full". But, if the link you replied with helps with the fix I will get them to try it next time we try to play. Thanks.

Hello, we also had the same issue but when trying to follow the instructions we cant seem to find the Next Studios folder, it isnt in local or local low. We completed then tutorial thinking it will create the fill but still no. Is there a soloution for this?

Please, create a new one with that name there or simply run the game under the new config. This folder will be created there automatically.

First of all, please, make sure you don't have a firewall blocking your online connection. Check your firewal and add Steam or Biped into the trusted sources.

If it still didn't help and you are choosing one and the same exact region for both of you, please, follow the instructions here:

That would help indeed as in this case you are using a P2P connection.
