bug during the treetops stage

My friends and I play coop together
I can grab the log but he can't.
Can you guide me on what to do. I suggest this is a bug.

Hello, can your friend place his Biped's leg a bit forward and up not straight to the right (as you did in 1:48:13).

If it won't help we will consider that as a bug and will try to fix it as soon as possible!

I did ask him to try that but still same result. The wood seems to not being grab by him despite anything he do.
After that, I give my save file to him so that he can become Player 1
He easily grab that wood as Player 1 and Player 2 (which is me) still can;t grab the wood.
