请问中国玩家如何购买DLC

I bought the R18/Adult DLC with the base game, and sure the girls are naked in the room during the touch scene, but the "holy light" should be removed during the puzzle/game phase too as you are unlocking the girl. Honestly, kind of feels like I'm getting kind of cheated out of my DLC content that I paid extra for. I fell like I am getting adult/R18 for only half of the game, not the full entire game....

Like, I get the rock paper scizzors part. But what purpose does the board serve? And whats the point of the bed room scene after completing a puzzle? The excitement meter stays empty no matter what I do. Is their any dialogue and interactions in the game?...
