The ghost blacksmith quest

While cleaning an outlaw camp I found a hidden cellar with the ghost of a blacksmith . I took his quest but when i arrive at the burying site I cannot interact with the tomb . Also the ghost keep repeating the quest dialog without activating a quest ?

Nevermind . Needed to start the quest somewhere else .

I found this same guy and couldn't figure it out. Any clue on where the quest starts?

Of course it's really easy . Go talk to the blacksmith of edge town, he will guide you to this place .

In that case I may have done it already and the ghost is stuck in a loop or something. Thanks.
