"A Treasure Hunt" quest

[Some Kind of Tropical Fish]

I've been trying to finish this quest for over an hour, and I absolutely cannot find 3 out of the 6 (?) required items. I also restarted the game at some point, which caused the items to respawn, so now I have duplicates of some of them.

Is there any way to abandon this quest, or at least get the items out of my inventory?

You can drag items to the little trashcan icon in the item/equip menu, that will get rid of them,note that the dice are hidden very well but they should be all there

Sorry about this. Were you able to get into the house? In testing it, I noticed the lock was set up incorrectly, and was not allowing me to get in the house. There are a few dice in there. I'll include this fix in the next update.

There is currently no way to abandon a quest, but as Mr. Goose correctly suggested, you can destroy the quest items by dragging them to the little trash icon at the bottom right of your inventory window.

I see -- I wasn't able to get into the house, no. It looks like the trash can was what I was looking for though, not sure how I missed that. Thanks!

still impossible to get into the house - the door is locked for me. I was able to get only 3 dice that were hidden outside the house.

Did you get the key from the roof via the fallen tree? You need the key to enter the house first

i got to the roof but dropped through the textures. Thats why i did not noticed the key. Thanks!
