Missing Levels

So tonight, I just finished the game, and it was honestly such a ride, I enjoyed it wholly. Got all collectibles, beat the hidden world, and I noticed that the level counter was only at 312/307. Now, of course the game tells me that this means I cleared with 101%, which is great, but I know there's more because when I cleared the dark finale, which was the last thing for me prior, my percentage said 99% and I was at 304/307.

At the time, I thought this meant that there was 3 levels in the hidden world, which was the only thing I knew I hadn't done yet. Now that I've done it, and I see that the counter is at over 100%, I'm realizing this means there's 3 levels elsewhere in the game that I haven't discovered. Any help finding them would be appreciated.

For the record, my map looks exactly like the ones I was able to locate online, too.

Bit late im sure youve moved on by now, but if i remember correctly the extra levels are on the red path somwehere.
