Bug...
First of all, there is no video sound. I just took it to show something.
There is a problem between the Sound Driver and the Boom3D Driver. Sound Driver disconnects. While Boom3d Driver has sound, pc no sound. If the application is restarting, it seems to be playing on steam, I can't enter any other game. I have to restart the PC. This situation needs to be corrected. Or it is necessary to revert to the old driver version and application.

Hi, can you try this
C:\Users\youtusername\AppData\Local delete Global-Delight folder and Boom 3D folder.
Rebooting after deleting the folder

Hi, is the issue resolved?

It repeats once in a while. I don't know what the reason is, but I rarely get the same error when waiting for a long time. Sound driver disconnects. It only plays boom3d audio. But there is no card sound to make pc sound. It's like in the video. The main audio driver does not have sound... After the update, I came across it. It didn't exist before the update.

I sent a contact email for the error. The problem needs to be resolved. I'm tired of constantly opening and closing the app. I got the same error 2 times in 1 session. It still continues. You need to fix it. Otherwise, open a way to roll back the driver and application to the old version. I don't want to use this version.

- Visit the store

- Select 'Properties’
- Click ‘Betas’
- From the dropdown, click ‘rollback - Last Stable Update’
You may need to reset the app.

I exited the beta when I got 2 errors. So the stable problem persists. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, same thing. The problem is not fixed, in short, garbage.

We are sorry for the inconvenience we are trying really hard to fix the issues a certain set of users are facing.
Step 1: Uninstall current version
Goto: "C:\Users\youtusername\AppData\Local" delete Global-Delight, GDTPL_Steam folder and Boom 3D folder.
Step 3:
- Visit the store
- Right click ‘Boom 3D’
- Select 'Properties’
- Click ‘Betas’
- From the dropdown, click ‘beta - Boom 3D Beta’
Now install the app and restart PC.
