Where to read Thanks Letter?

There are a few times that I open the game and it is telling me that someone sent me a thanks letter with a sticker. However when I check the inbox and the window, I do not see any letters sending to me and I am confused. Did I not do it right or it just happened to be the person just send me stickers without any words?

They cannot reply with a letter as far as I know, only a sticker. The sticker is the way to say thank you. I think it's to prevent people from sharing personal information or continuing to talk, since this is not that kind of game.
