Game-Labs Forum Doesn't Work Anymore?

Ever since a few days ago when I try to open the game-labs forum it gives me this error message:

This site can’t provide a secure connection

forum.game-labs.net uses an unsupported protocol.

ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH
