Sound Problem - crackles

Few patches ago, I don't remember exactly when ( but this year) I started having problems with sound. A sound that creaks and crackles. Before this patch sound was good, have no problems, and don't have any problems with any game. Game is unplayable with this sound. I even updated sound drivers for my MSI Tomahowk MAG B550 sound card. Nothing change. I'm on Win10.
