getting rid of advice popups in ship design

Hey so, just got the game, and the information pop-ups are utterly overwhelming and making the ship design an exercise in visual torture. they pop up so frequently, covering up over 50% of my screen and it's physically hurting my eyes to have these things. How do I disable them? I need them to stop or I'm gonna stop playing the game.

The info windows (tooltips or hints?) in game have been a sore spot for me. As you said anvil_x, frustrating. I don't know a way to turn them off, or reduce them. Using display resolution doesn't any relief, the size of the tooltips is same.
Even a simple thing like making them slightly transparent would be great. At least you would be able to "see" somewhat through those sticky notes that plaster themselves across the screen.

yeah they're a real pain, but I'm doing my best to put up with them atm. I hope the next update makes an option in Settings that allows us to toggle off (or like you say, make transparent) the big ones at least. like, the tiny ones that explain what each different ammo type selection or bulkhead type is, etc... those can stay. ish.
