Ship for sale
The minor nation are offering you to purchase your ships, the idea is great, but i don't want them to ask for my brand new ships.
Tthat would be nice to select the ships you would like to sale, like your older ships.
The price would then be based on their age and techs.

This is in the game, mothball your ships and if they are interested they will ask to buy them for more than you'd get for scrapping them but they don't usually buy old ships.

They are asking to buy your brand new ships because you ran out of crew to crew them and they become mothballed when you build them because theres no crew to crew them, so then nations are asking to buy them because theyre mothballed.

They will often ask you to build ships for them and they will pay for you to build them, this is a useful thing but if you're building too many ships at one time your income, build speed and build upkeep will suffer.

A possible improvement to this would be adding a feature to designate if a ship plan can exported to your minor allies. I found that I getting into a race condition where I'm trying to rebuild my fleet battleship divisions with a new class, and my Que was constantly being filled with request after request for the new battleship. Another improvement would be if you refitted a ship if you sold that ship before, than a former customer could request a update for the same ship

Yup, point to note, minor nations will buy your old ships but not your obsolete ships. If you can't build that ship type any more, you can't sell it, either.

This does not work. The cost of maintaining the ship will be higher than the cost of purchasing it. It would be more profitable to dispose of the ship immediately. If a ship is marked for sale, you can continue to use it, for example for invasions, until it is sold.
