2. Look at 21 century world map. The provinces that nation has will be considered home provinces in UAD.
3. You don't need to block a conquered home province. You can NOT block a province that you control or not in war with you anyway.

If I look at a 21st century map, should I consider only metropolitan France + Corsica, or also the Overseas Regions (Guiana, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Mayotte, Réunion) which have an identical legal status to the metropolitan regions?
