All Fleets on the map are broken.

All of the fleets owned by any country will not move when I hit next turn. Campaign is unplayable.

just had a fleet get stuck, its status is permanently "in battle" despite there being no battles nor any wars being fought. It's constantly draining upkeep as they're forced on sea control. I don't even know if the fleet will join any future battles being stuck like this.

Essentially the game ate one of my fleets while forcing me to pay maximum upkeep on it forever.

Yep, I've got it too. I did manage to get my stuck task forces home. But at the outbreak of a new war, I dispatched a large fleet in several pieces to far away waters.... and they aren't moving. Several turns in, they are all just outside their originating ports.
Doesn't look like my opponent's ships are moving either.

Yep. Had this issue too. Seems like after a few turns they'll just start moving again. Could be a month, could be 3 years.

Yes the developers do not seem to test any of their updates, is that generally so or only with Russian developers so that they bring it out without testing with good luck that it works?

Know the developer unfortunately also from Naval Action there it looks unfortunately also not better when updates come.

Hope that the developer slowly times the complaints of us to heart takes and changes its update policy.

Uploaded Repaired version:
- Fixed critical bug that caused fleets to not move on the map.  We will check to fix what else is necessary tomorrow.

I have the repaired update and just tried my campaign. All my fleets are stuck. 4 were selected and moved out of port after a refit, now just sitting outside of port for 4 turns now. The other was a fleet sitting in open water in caribbean. It will not return to port. Not at war and no battles.

To the developers, please make a repatch back to version 1.3.6. and play the new update when you have tested it and the bugs are fixed.

Am I dumb or just too new? I try moving my ships to a conflict zone for a mission but I don't see them move at all. Or how do I fight conflicts and wars because nothing I try seems actually get ships where I need them?
