it also really annoys me that when a country collapses the invading army just goes "okay, too bad. i really wanted that territory. but nothing we can do. lets pack up and go home boys"
I launched an invasion against an oil-rich Soviet province in the Black Sea, but the Soviets had taken such a beating their economy collapsed. So now I'm not invading this ungoverned, oil-rich province because...?
