Tried to simulate Hood &Prince Of Wales Vs. Bismarck and Prinz Eugen. Not what I expected.

I designed a pretty much standard KGV class WW2 era battleship, 14 inch guns, better protected than armed, design a battlecruiser as close to the Hood as I could with 15 inch guns, faster than Prince of Wales, more lightly protected. The a.i. opponent created a Freakin' FrankenBismarck with 19.3 inch guns an absolute behemoth, the heavy cruiser turned out amazingly close to Prinz Eugen. When I saw the size of those guns on what the computer oppenent named Lotheringen, I thought I'd had it. But a miracle occurred. Early in the battle, my ships got separated. I was cursing them, but it turned out to be the best thing that could have happened. While the Frankenbismarck concentrated on my flagship, I got my Battlecruiser back in line but the two ships were very far apart. So they were both hittting the German battleship from either side. That hurt it really bad. After a long battle with lots of hits taken on both sides, the a.i. generated monster lost speed and stopped, I assume due to all the fires and flooding, my battleship was beat to pieces but still afloat but too far away from the enemy cruiser so the cruiser took on my Hood replica and came out badly, when the cruiser sank, I could then go back and finish off the barely moving leviathan. My Prince of Wales took a near fatal beating, but my Hood only took a couple of hits. As powerful as the a.i. made that Bismarck, I was extremely surprised at the outcome. Because I designed my ships about 90% accurately, as much as the game would allow. But in afterthought, I figured the fight was almost historically accurate because those huge guns and vast armor probably accurately gave the Bismarck a correct technological advantage. So maybe that battle might have turned out differently if the Bismarck hadn't been quite so accurate, quite so early, It was fun trying to find out.

I did this with a historically accurate Bismarck and she blew both English ships out of the water.

Ok, so their subs only travel to the bottom, minor glitch
