Being able to mod in new hulls is a must, as the devs don't have the time needed to get:

I looked through the tech-tree and found that there need to be at least per nation:

15 BB hulls
15 CA hulls
15 CL hulls
8 BC hulls
12 DD hulls (+2 TB hulls)
