Password reset impossible

i forgot my password and can´t get it reset. the email for password reset doesn´t have an actual link in it, only a "button" with green background and text that doesn´t actually work. any idea how to fix this?

Greetings! Is the problem still on? Are you using any email software? The usual workaround is to try a different browser or open the link through mobile internet browser

yeah well, the problem is that i have no link at all. i would love to open the link in a different browser but i have no link. I am using gmx email software

Please send a mail with the same name "Password reset impossible" on [e-mail]

The problem will be solved via email conversation.
