Ability to delete designs

Hey, Was wondering when we would have the ability to delete designs. before you ask, i have a TB design, and ive designed a new design with a lot more upgrades. i have scrapped every TB in my fleet, but i still cant delete the old design. is this a bug or?

I noticed this too. Fairly sure we could do this in 1.02 but not anymore.

I believe the last time we could do this was 0.99, but yeah it's strange that they havnt added it back in.
