This Land Is My Land

This Land Is My Land

Major Bugs and Technical Issues in TLIML
1. Physics and Collision Problems
Clipping Through Wildlife: Lack of collision boxes on animals, allowing players and NPCs to pass directly through them (the "ghost animal" bug).

Floating Objects: Dead bodies, horses, or loot crates floating in mid-air or falling through the world map.

Ragdoll Glitches: Extreme "stretching" or erratic movement of character models upon death.

2. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Inconsistencies
Vision Glitches: Enemies detecting the player through solid objects, walls, or foliage (X-ray vision).

Pathfinding Failures: NPCs and horses getting stuck on terrain, trees, or inside buildings.

Infinite Pursuit: Enemies tracking the player across the entire map without losing interest, even after breaking the line of sight.

3. Gameplay and Scripting Bugs
Quest Progression Blockers: Objectives not triggering even after requirements are met (e.g., a camp remains "occupied" after all enemies are cleared).

Item Disappearance: Items vanishing from the inventory or social stash without reason.

Crafting Failures: Resources being consumed during crafting but the final item failing to appear in the inventory.

4. User Interface (UI) and Stability
UI Overlap: Menus and text boxes overlapping, making it impossible to read descriptions.

Input Lag: Significant delay between pressing a key and the character performing the action.

FPS Drops & Stuttering: Severe frame rate loss in densely populated areas or during large-scale raids.

Texture Popping: High-resolution textures loading very slowly, resulting in blurry environments.

Yesterday I noticed that

my keyboard inputs for movement and mouse clicks are no longer being registered, or I have to repeat them 5-10 times,

and these input commands are then registered and executed very slowly and sluggishly,

if the NPC launches a sneak attack with a stagecoach/captured carriage or patrol, and I happen to be stuck in combat myself,

then the gameplay and performance plummet immediately.

For the past few days, I've been monitoring latency, RAM, CPU, and GPU usage in the game,

and I've actually been able to significantly improve the overall gameplay and have no more lag (not even during item storage transfers).

But as soon as the performance drops significantly again,

I now always know immediately that the NPC is attempting a cheat attack on one of my items. Villages starts...

Because without cheats, an unarmed postman or three patrol soldiers can never take down one of my villages with 15-25 men...
Since I always replace the last man in my villages to create highly trained and high-level elite villages in dangerous locations...

Because the strongest warrior from a village always stays there as the last man when everyone else is gathering...
So, for example, with 50 villages,
you end up with only one strong warrior sitting around as the last man in all 50 villages, which doesn't really help us...^^

Then you should pull this best high-level warrior away by briefly creating a warband with him and then sending him, along with other high-level warriors, to your own villages that represent weak points or store important materials...
game is abandoned, bug reports ignored
