How do I get/find/kill for boar pelts?

I started insane resistance and must have boar pelts to upgrade at least one of my camps so I can send warriors gather more of those boar pelts. I spent hours.. HOURS running around on the map with red boars signs and all in all im sitting right now on 3 stupid boar pelts. I got hunting and skinning skill to 2 but in the last 3h or so not a single boar to be found. I do make map runs at daytime so they shouldnt be sleeping. I attack any camp I can and go through the loot but no stupid boar pelts. I think I have like 11-13 bear pelts at this point. at 14 camps right now all waiting to be upgraded :/ Did I wiped boars out?

If you have camps near boar hunting spots, send warriors out to hunt them. Or maybe you have, in which case maybe its bugged. Still a work in progress.

I have pletora of camps; I have to upgrade them with boar pelts (10x) to ask them to farm boar pelts. Insane mode you start camp is located in the desert; all I have there are horses.
I found some farms have pigs inside; killed 2 already but no pelts only meat :/
not a single boar in about 10h play.. it's getting ridiculous.

omfg plz kill me... I can't send them to gather boar pelts but can issue an order for boar pelts... /shame

Are "boar pelts" biome limited to forest and/or savanna? (I'm not sure) If so, just head out to the edge of the map and get an allied camp in the right biome and clear out that sparsely populated edge sector so you have a camp that can gather them.

yeah you need "boar" biome (you can see red boar on the map). got ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ now by issuing order. spent hours trying to get those by myself... play and learn.

you need increase your chief stat, I dont remember the exact name of it.... after that you can send warriors to gather pelts. it is not need to be in boar biome(it is magic), just be sure you are far away for them

I tried but my order was sitting on zero wolf pelts for a long time till I issued the order in "wolf" biome.

I just search inside destroyed wagons by the road. Life is like a box of destroyed wagons, you never know what you're gonna get.

Although it's funny to think about a native american relying on settlers for pelts.
