Report a translation problem
The way combat will work on normal difficulty is that after combat, any party memeber reduced to 0 will be partially healed. This is very similar to how healing works in the "pillars of eternity" games: YOu auto-heal after combat but your max health decreases somewhat and this will only be restored after a full nights rest.
This is to avoid having to spend a lot of time cating healing spells after each combat or to avoid having to reload constantly.
The only way to get a "game over" is if your entire party is knocked out.
HOWEVER the game has customizable difficulty and you can choose to heal fully as i having slept after each combat (on the lower difficulty) or even play with permadeath (on Iron-man mode) :-)
