Regarding Armor Use, Encumberance and Dodge

Hey all, I'm trying to create a ranger build, and I'm down to my last 3-4 points. I could really benefit from not spending those last points on Light Armor Use, but I'm not sure if that's necessary if I already have 2 points of it. From what I've seen, there isn't any light armor that exceeds 2 encumbrance, so is there a point to having 3 points of Light Armor Use? Having an armor use score beyond an armor's encumbrance doesn't give the character an extra dodge bonus, correct?
