Art dealer selling those unique items

Do those items like guild sigil and the idol and dagger play any part or should you sell them, doesnt your companion kat want to keep the guild item?

Kat does want the sigil, yes. I think it would be in character to hold onto it.

There are no consequences for selling it though, nor the other items (though you can use the dagger as a weapon).

thanks, I used dagger from start but was curious if there was ingame optional consequence.

He's in horryn, one of the black market merchants. He's also one of the few that stocks stat increasing gear. You're better off robbing others and keeping his prices low imo.

You should generally avoid robbing people who you're either likely to revisit or who give a good sell price. So the answer kinda depends on, are you going to take the time to refresh these merchants (i.e. sleep or sail around until their restock timer is up), and do you still need items from the item category he sells.
