(Act 1 Spoiler) Mother Katak's family issues
Did I miss something with Mother Katak's demon baby? It ran away and I got a prompt that it's stalking me on the overworld map but that's the last I heard of it.

Nah they have all their bug reporting on discord which you can't search unless you download and sign up for that. Which is a damned shame.
