I found the poem with the hint where to find the buried treasure but I don't know where it wants me to start. It says "from the center of the three" but idk what that means. Just kinda lost.

In the upper left corner of the map you will find 3 stones placed in a triangle shape, then go 2x down, 5 right, 4 up, 3 right, save the game and dig with a showel(1 can be found near the campfire IIRC)

Because it was a "boat" I was trying to find it starting by the rocks in the water all around the island. Simple to find now that I know it's on the lighthouse map! Thanks!

Did anybody else notice that the south west of the isle is shaped like "3"? I counted from the "middle" (center of the "3") point since it was also a different color I thought that was the hint.

I spent an hour thinking I couldn't count and digging all over the overland map... I had to look it up because I couldn't think of where else it would be since the light house was visible I thought that's what it meant. :/
