Is game worth it?

I loved the old RPGs of the early 90s like EoB and ever since am a big huge RPG fan (Baldur's Gate 2 is my most fav game of all times). So is this game for me?

Try out the demo on the store page and that should tell you. It is more like Ultima 5 than BG2. In my opinion this game is amazing and my game of the year so far.

I love me some BG2, and while this isnt anything like it really, im still absolutely loving it.

Ultima 1 - 5 had about the same visual style with modest (but nice) improvements each iteration, especially 5. But Ultima 6 was the first real departure visually and this game is closer to those graphics than the simpler Ultima 5 visuals. But stylistically I agree its more like any Ultima game than a Baldur's Gate.

Edit : To be more accurate this is game is visually more like in-between Ultima 5 and Ultima 6

Great rouglike RPG, with a pretty nice lovecraftian story/ side stories if you enjoy reading the scripts.

Honestly the game plays more like BG1 than anything, and the creator of the game has stated he was influenced by a variety of different games, BG1, BG3, Rogue Trader, Ultima 4-6 etc.
