is it supposed to be that when i press tab i can add 1000g/healfully/win any combat?

Most Crpgs (At least the ones with cool devs) have a console that lets you add cheat commands after pressing tab. This game just adds the reminder for the cheats right there. You dont have to use it, its just their in case you ever need it for some reason.

Ok then. I thought it was meant for the dev while he programs the game and shouldnt be in the final release

Yeah, but the thing is it isn't just the console but it also gives you three cheats to play with. I thought it's the developers console left in the game by mistake.

It's a throwback to C64, it is intentional. Whether or not you use it is up to you, it's not going to hurt anybody.
