Some programs are more affected than others, Spotify generally shows the worst of this issue. :)

Are we any closer to a fix for this? I couldn't remove the update and my stuff is still flickering. Very distracting when racing.

Hi there!

This issue is fixed in Windows 10 version 2004, try updating Windows to this version. You may need to force it to do the update. :)
