Is it possible to run OVR advanced settings along with OVR toolkit?

I use an oculus quest 2 with virtual desktop, I have no issue running ovr advanced settings, but when I try to run ovr toolkit while launching a game like vrchat, it seems as though it does not work. I've tried researching about this and can't seem to find anything about it. So the question is.. would I be able to run OVR advanced settings with OVR toolkit while trying to launch a game?

OVR Advanced Settings is by a different developer but it does work alongside OVR Toolkit just fine. :)

For OVR Toolkit not appearing in VRChat, is it appearing normally outside of VRChat? Such as in SteamVR Home?

So what I do is I use my quest 2, I run virtual desktop and then run ovr advanced settings, when I'm in ovr, I can not access outside of ovr advanced settings to launch ovr tool kit. I want to run tool kit and then run VRchat, it doesn't give me the option to run toolkit.. but on its own it works while in vrchat. So what I'm asking is, how do I run it even though I can't seem to see the option to run it in advanced settings
