media application not showing spotify

ive been trying to get my now playing song on spotify to show in vrchat and i cant figure out why the only thing showing in my media application is chromium

my osc is enabled in vrchat it just not able to display my now playing

Does the wristwatch in OVR Toolkit show the songs being played on Spotify?

Maybe try clicking the small arrow on the media section of the wristwatch beside the icon for the current application, this will switch to other applications. Whatever is displayed on the wristwatch is what will be controlled with the media controls and also sent to VRC.
