Something in Steam's family share agreement doesn't allow apps under the 'Utility/Software' genre to be used across accounts, only games apparently.
Though, a slight secret, just run OVR Toolkit.exe directly as admin on the other account if you want! No need to keep buying it, though I'd appreciate if you don't share the files with others this way. >.<
Piracy is a huge issue, but OVR Toolkit has no DRM, that's because I believe the best anti-piracy is just to keep updating something. Pirates will 'crack' whatever DRM you add anyway. :)
Ahhh, unfortunately the above fix wouldn't work now due to implementing the Steam API.
However... If you could, post about this in our Discord server and I can help you in DMs! If you've got 2 accounts on the same PC, I can give you a way to work with that.
Just a note but unsure if this works anymore! That's super old advice, if you want to use on another account ping me in our Discord server. :)
