Can't disable OVR Toolkit addon auto-start with Steam VR.

I like OVR Toolkit but due to the performance hit it causes on some games, I prefer not to launch it unless I am specifically intending to use it. I have tried like 10 times to disable the launch add-on from Steam VR's settings, and every time I start Steam the settings are reverted and OVR Toolkit launches automatically anyway.

When I bought OVR Toolkit, auto-start was not enabled. As soon as I enabled it though, there was apparently no going back because now I'm stuck with it. I am losing my mind here because the only way I can get Steam VR to launch without OVR Toolkit launching is to uninstall OVR Toolkit, and if I install it again then it launches automatically. There must be some way to fix this besides constantly having to uninstall, reinstall and redo all my settings.

That fixed it. I had to click "no" when Windows UAC popped up for OVR when I booted up Steam VR again, and then disable OVR from Steam VR's settings, but it did work after I restarted Steam VR. Thank you!
