Penny glitch [minor spoiler]

Not the biggest issue, but just a small detail. If you do the janitor mission but throw away the head first and then put the toy car down, the animation still looks like Penny is walking out of the lunch room. Of course since I did it in a different order, it just looks like Penny walks down to the side and the toy car just explodes into green goo.
