Kindergarten 2 not working
It doesn’t work for me :/ It takes around 5 minutes to boot up and when it’s on it takes me to the starting screen. The audio works all fine, but when I click the buttons (settings exct.) they have an animation, but they don’t do anything. I tried restarting and reinstalling

Do you have the same problem too?

ConArtist probably should of told you this earlier, but there are also two thin green lines on the right and bottom of my screen when the game is on

That's interesting too. I'm still trying to find a common denominator between everyone having this problem. We should try checking the log files. They're just a little tricky to find.

On a windows 10 computer, it should be in the following directory

C:\Users\username\AppData\LocalLow\ConManGames\Kindergarten2\Player.log
Just replace "username" with your username.

If the appdata folder is hidden, you can unhide it by going to

View > Show/hide
Enable the Hidden items option.

Let me know if the log is actually there. If it's not there might be other places we have to check.

I followed C:\Users\username\Appdata\LocalLow, but then ConManGames wasn't there for me just Adobe, Microsoft and Temp

Could you tell me what's in Temp?

Could you also tell me what's in C:\Users\username\AppData\Local

ConArtist, I was typing out everything I have on my C:\Users\username\AppData\Local, and while doing that I installed the new Kindergarten 2 update, everything is working now! The game booted up really quickly and I can access the buttons easily. Thank you for your amazing help! I love your games, and thank you for being so active in the community! Once again, Thank you!

I'm still not able to get past the title screen. I've tried navigating to the Player.log but I'm stuck at the LocallLow folder. In the folder there are folders named:
- Microsoft
- Oracle
- Sun
- Temp
- Unknown worlds
But i don't see the folder named ConManGames

Can you tell me what folders are in the Temp folder?
Also can you tell me what is in the Local folder? It should be next to LocalLow.

Hey CurlyNinja,

I don't think the logs I'm looking for are in there. We'll try something else.

I just realized I never got your system specs. Would you mind posting them?
KingCurl_15 Aug 2, 2019 @ 3:14pm
sure.
Processor: 3.6GHz AMD Ryzen 5 2400g
Memory: 8.00 GB
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
Operating System: Windows 10
KingCurl_15 Aug 4, 2019 @ 4:52pm
hey. Just updated the version and the game runs perfectly. thanks for your help. so exited to get those monstermon cards.
ConArtist  [developer] Aug 5, 2019 @ 3:39pm
I'm glad you got it working. This one still bugs me though because it seems to be completely random when it decides to work or not. If it starts happening again, let me know.

When I hit play it does not launch and I get a small icon that only allows me to minimize and it states that it is running. I need help on how to fix it.
