Need help with monstermon card (spoilers)

The only card I'm missing is the #49 (given by the janitor after unclogging the toilet while getting cindy's doll in "opposites attract"). The problem is, I can get the paper and go downstairs and clog the toilet (I presumed it is the old janitor), but if I eat an apple there, he kills me, and if I go out and eat it or use it to get cindy's doll, when I come back he just stands there: if I talk to him, I only get the prompt to walk away and if I eat the last apple he just tells me to go to lunch. Because I have to waste an apple to wait for felix and jerome and then another one to complete the assessment, I only end up with 3, use 1 to clog and then there's not enough time to wait for him to unclog. Does anyone else have this problem? Is there a way to get it that I don't understand or is it a bug?

You get it by going through the game of house with Cindy in a specific way that causes her to call the janitor, at which point he won't come because he is unclogging the toilet. After you finish playing house, go and talk to the janitor and he will give you the card.

instead of eating the last two apples after you clog go the class play house with cindy and pick the second option she gives you after a little scene you should be able to go back to the bathroom and take the card from the janitor . By the way i am also missing one card only how do you get the one from ozzy's lunchbag?

It's pretty simple, just wait until Ozzy leaves the cafeteria and then you can interact with his lunchbag on the table.
